Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service from Prime Maids Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Service Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure a booking. We reserve the right to change our service prices at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to [Example: 50%] of the service cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with a service, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will return to re-clean the area free of charge.

Liability Limitations

Prime Maids Services is not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions or items improperly hung or installed. Our liability for any damage caused by our team during service is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
