Refund Policy

Introduction

This policy outlines our procedures regarding service bookings, rescheduling, and customer satisfaction, ensuring fair and clear terms for both parties.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Prime Maids Services offers a 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. We do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered. Instead, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of cleaning, you must contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will return and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no extra cost.

No Refund Exceptions

Please note, the guarantee does not cover: 1. Complaints made after 24 hours. 2. Pre-existing damage or extreme dirtiness. 3. Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control (e.g., leaving valuables out).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule without penalty, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equal to [Example: 50% of the booking total] to cover administrative costs and lost wages for the team.

Deposit Refund

Any service deposit taken to secure a booking is fully refundable if the service is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made inside the 24-hour window.
